Update; I received this email from TRJ today. I was able to find the last time I renewed & sent them a copy of their last receipt to me. I hope that they get back to me soon, but I wanted everyone out there that is interested to know that they are still in business & are responsive to emails just apparently busy & backed up. Hi Bill,
Thanks for the email and sorry about the phone, we don't have the capacity to take phone calls just yet.
Unfortunately we don't see you in the system, but the database was down for sometime and is still rebuilding.
What was the last issue received?
Do you know when the last time you subscribed or ordered something was. If it was done online we would have sent you an email confirmation. If you can locate that and send it back to us, we can get you updated.
Thanks for the support, let's get you sorted out.

If only there were Rodders Journal issues in my mailbox this thread would be a whole lot more entertaining. But so far it’s as hollow and empty as that last email I had to try so hard to get from TRJ customer service . :(

  15. Well other than having no money there is no legitimate excuse for shipping internationally to have taken this long. They are sending a magazine not nuclear waste.

I think they obviously don’t have the capacity to meet obligations to subscribers outside the US and they also don’t have the capacity to honor their commitments to lifetime members regardless of what they have said or promised.
It’s quite the shell game at least it looks that way from here.

  18. If you remember correctly we thought the Rodder's Journal was dead and gone and the majority of us have short memories, have you already forgot Steve made a Herculean effort and against overwhelming odds shipped the subscribers in the United States a new issue in September 2022, unfortunately the overseas subscribers still haven't received anything but excuses, They are the ones that have more right to complain.

It would be so easy for Steve to file for bankruptcy, to throw his hands up and run from the building screaming ~ SCREW IT, I'M DONE!

I honestly believe he is trying to save TRJ and as far as I'm concerned I would like to see the subscribers abroad get caught up before a new copy is made available to subscribers here in the States. HRP

Did anyone see a Rodder’s Journal booth at the GNRS? Saw WHEEL HUB, HOP UP and several other print magazine booths.

Good question this would definitely have been the show to attend for material purposes and promotion too.

    Hi Bill,
    Glad you received #85.
Unfortunately we aren't taking new orders at this time, just getting everyone what they already paid for.
When we have the capacity to take new subscriptions etc. we'll send out an email blast to everyone letting you know where/when/how etc.
    Thanks again for your support.

Thank you Danny - clearly you get the plight of Rodders Journal and international subscribers. Yours is one of the most sensible posts I have read on this topic over multiple threads.

  29. Okay this all I have gotten from them on December 28, 2022 still no magazine, nothing, nada butkiss.
    Hi Michael,

Thanks for all your support over the years.

We have updated our records to reflect your order, so you subscription is now good through #88.

We will have to re-ship you #85, it will take a little time as we are only two people at this time and a lot of orders and re-ships to get through.

    Thanks again,
