just want to say thanks to all of you who have served or are serving now

my grandpa Bill got me into cars by getting my dad into them. He was a marine who fought on Iwo Jima for two weeks before taking a piece of shrapnel through the head... he's still around helping out with our projects here and there but is going in for a carotid angioplasty in a couple weeks, so we're wishing him well.

  10. Let me take the time to say THANK YOU and GOD BLESS all you guys.

  11. volunteered for US Navy in 1966 as an air-dale...served 4 years, honorably discharged in 1970...and I was glad that I served. My dad got a purple heart serving in the New Guinea Pacific theater campaign in WWII..he never talked much about it with me, but he did tell me one time that if our soldiers werent there and weren't willing to lay it all on the line, we would be eating a lot more sushi right about now....
