Nothing wrong with that truck. It is a hot rod and from the looks of the bed it may be used as a truck still to some extent, which stills makes it purposeful. I will be doing a similar build with a 37 Ford cab. I like em when done right and yours looks fine.

Wow. If it had just a little more clutter, that could be my shop! BTW nice truck man. Just don't make a horseshoe bumper for it.

I like it. I'd drive it or in it. Paint, flat or shiny would be good.

Once again everyone, thanks for all the positive feedback. I'm going to tweak the bed for a better match to the cab's rake. I'm also thinking about making a hood for it. I like how that has looked on some other trucks I've seen posted here. Not sure on that idea or how it will look on mine, I'll post pics if I do. Thanks all.

I agree with this statement 100%, I like hot rods that are built with some care not the slapped together piles.

It looks pretty good. I didn't expect the chop but not bad at all after seeing it.
This is what the 38 looked like when I pulled it out of the field.

Looks great . I am building a 40 ford that looks a lot like yours. How about some pics as it progresses.
