Any body know if it possible to install roller bearings in 54 chevy front drums and if so maybe some part numbers. I'm doing some work on a model a sedan that has ball bearing drums on Chevy spindles that is on a Ford dropped axle. The bearings need replacing and I would rather put roller bearings back in. He wants to use the drums and not put on discs. Any help would be good. I'll be back on line later. The garage is calling.
It's been too long ago to remember part #'s, but I used to do it all the time when I was in the parts business.
