    Parts is parts.....
    next will be the engine and drive train ***embly.....
    scored these in Detroit from a friend.....the covers that is.
    the richmond also goes behind the the stroked hemi.

    say Jeff... that rear window opening is gonna be priceless for keepin you and p***engers cooler... hows about a tech for getting the gl*** sealed from the elements once you get that far, as i have been kicking the idea around for use in the willys PU... :D

    1957 392 A1 block
    punched,stroked and bored.. roughly around 422 cubes.
    Tim Banning from FHO did the work.(For Hemis Only)
    I can't say or thank him enuff.....Truly a gentleman and a Hemi guru.

    Builds all the big boys toys... most 426 hemis for all the racers down in the states.

    The guy is an artist fo sho!

    Head work.....BBF valves.....Port n Polish and a deep hog out.
    Looked like jewllery when he was done.
    Tim cursed my name everytime he had to haul them heads around his shop.....He wanted me to buy a set of Aluminum ones.....I set sure... lets use your card.....

    More engine and driveline later.

    The frame John started for my 27 ir ready for primer.
    He'd be very happy about how that truck is looking.

    Jeff: That truck looks great, kool !!!! You have certainly did the old hot rod justice. I think alot of people will be following the build now, it certainly is NOT a diamond in the ruff, it is a Diamond. Nice work, GREAT VISION. My vote -- Nerf Bar !!!!!!

    Completion...is due for the Round up....Or At the very least....gonna give the Ol college try.....Time and dollars are ALWAYS a huge obstacle point.
    Next step........ color renderings/final fit and paint/wire and fire!

    Its turning up very clean, love the dash and the upper instrument cluster, also like the tow bar, gives it a good look. keep posting.
     
  27. Damn Jeff, That is a Pissah truck. Love the rear window idea. Love to find a set of those rear lamps really like the look. Sort of Pontiac, kind of Porsche 356 too, but the surrounds are real nice. And Tiger maple is a great wood choice. My brother made a whole bedroom set out of that and it is amazing. Good choice.
