Customs Ron Hings custom 56 Chevy convert

Hope he listened. Had a similar conversation when we first bough Taboo back. Had a former owner trying to convince us to take the nose and cut the back half off and stick it on a convertible or a hardtop body. Didnt understand that it would then not be "Miss Taboo" any longer.

 

IF the interior WAS dyed at one time , How in the world DID it get back to white?

inquiring mind wants to know ?

I thought I posted before but remember the name and the car it was associated with. Now I need to move some stuff and dig though a file cabinet to see if I can find a couple of old show programs that I have stashed away.

Personally I like the maybe not quite Candy tangerine streamline 'baby look of it.

 

I am diggin your car. But as a custom leaning HAMB'R see the design but mostly the work involved in creating a car like this.

 

cool, Ill have to go dig up something with the vin for Taboo and see when and where it was built.
