Didn't need to read that this morning... but am hoping that he heals up quickly...Good luck on a speedy recovery... R-
Dang..... you need to be careful at your advanced age. Praying for quick recovery and for Kim.... she's gonna need it. You should probably get a motorized scissor lift.
Made me sick when I got the text last night. I'm so sorry....... We are praying for a speedy recovery and that you have a perfect healing.
I was just in Jamaica for a few days and all of those people on the beach around me must have fallen off of ladders, too. Seriously, I'm sorry to hear this. Relax, heal up, listen to the doctors. Wishing a speedy and full recovery for you
Just saw this this morning. Take it easy bro and do as the Dr’s say, back injuries are not a playing matter.
So sorry to hear this Root! Glad you could make it back on here to see how many of us have you in our thoughts and prayers... Lay low and get well!!!! PS: Daytime soap operas can be a drug too, so just say NO!
Wow! I just noted this report a moment ago. You certainly have my best wishes for rapid recovery. You are an asset and a mainstay of this HAMB community. Simply leaving a message of encouragement seems like a small step. Too small. I'll be watching how things go with you and looking for opportunities to lighten your load in more tangible ways if I can. God bless you, my friend. Brian
Well now, that’ll ruin your day all right. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time. Get well soon sir.
My Mom used to call this kind of unplanned aerial excursion, "Doing a Peter Pan". I've been there. It's all great fun, 'till the landing. Get better ! Mike
Ladders are my biggest fear when moving stuff around in the shop. Listen to the docs and the nurse's, let your body heal up before pushing yourself. Not sure how old you are but for me at 67 I'm having a tough time remembering that. Sending positive wishes Rick
Fkn fiberglass ladder. Fkn gravity. Fkn hard stuff. Sorry this happened, Root. Quick recovery. With you in spirit.
Praying for you Chris! No doubt hard to keep a guy like you down without going stir crazy. Time to sit back, relax and work through all your plans....but double check your conclusions after the meds wear off just in case you dreamed up something wacky. LOL
How much do you want for the Mustang II crossmember? Haha! Sorry, someone had to say it and make you laugh, Root'! Get well soon buddy! Sam
Just Damn! I've had my own run ins with broken fiberglass but that was my fault and I faired better than the '77 Vette I totaled. Hang in there and we will all be checking on your progress.
Hi Chris, Thanks for chiming in with your reply, and keeping up your sense of humor. We [me and Kerry] were really worried about what could've been a spinal injury. Please don't be like Kerry, who I describe as an "Impatient patient", and take whatever time is needed to heal properly. Kerry said he is forever grateful for the help you gave him on the HAMB
