Technical Ross Steering column id?

    Anyone know what his one is for? Can;t make out the numbers. Last pic is the shaft and i don't think it is correct for this column.

    If it helps any the bolts holding the cover plate on gear box was 13MM, could not get a 1/2 socket on them.
