rotary vs. tube shocks

do rotary shocks work just as well as tube shocks, or are tube shock the way to go? dunno what to go with but im looking for excellent handling.

 

Excellent handling on what?
What kind of driving?
If you are going to cycle the heck out of the suspension, go with modern,gas charged shocks. If you are going to drive it periodically just cruising around, a set of rebuilt lever action shocks should be fine.
