Roughly what's it cost to Powder Coat a frame??

    Place here in Dallas charged $800 for a complete '52 Ford coupe frame, upper and lower a arms, front coil springs, and front and rear bumper brackets. Sandblasted and powder coated gloss black.

    That was quite a few years ago so it may have gone down a little now.

    here in Ohio blast, chem pre treat, single stage in stock color $400-$600 depend on prep.
    Most "Roling ch***is" $900-$1500 again prep, color etc

    I usualy charge 300 to 500 depending on size and amount of prep. But i just did a 56 ford show truck frame with lots of prep to make frame like gl*** in a 2 stage candy red fore 2500 so it can varey alot depending on what your looking for. I also redo alot of parts auto and bike that the highest priced shop in town screws up. so cost should not be the only factor. If a part is not baked long or hot enough the powder looks good but is brittle like gl***!!! So do your homework. Ask around and go with the shop that locals have good luck with your frame Kipp
