Has anyone been to the swap meet at Round Top since they moved it from Rosanky? Just wondering how it is. Still as big with good parts?

I have been the past two years and it has been nowhere near as big as it used to be. You can spend a lot more time walking past all the vacant spaces just to get to the next vendor than you do looking at items you might need.
However I will likely go again this year as there is nothing much going on this time of year and I need a swap meet fix.

  3. I haven't been since they moved it from Rosanky. Rosanky was always an "OK" swap meet, but that's not saying much since none of the local swap meets are really worth a ****. Unless you have a Camaro or Mustang they're all pretty lame. I heard Round Top is about half of what Rosanky was. I sure wish there was a better swap meet on atleast a monthly schedule here in TX I might head out there if I don't feel like sitting around and picking my nose, but I just don't think it will be worth the cost of fuel.

Don't count on the one in Belton either. I went last year and it was lame.

I've been the last 2 years, found some ok deals but nothing like the original. Won't make it this year same Saturday as car show in Caldwell, TX in conjunction with the Kolache festival. I don't miss this show because it is 12 miles from my house and I get to spend the day aggravating 30Roadster & B***fire is usually there.
