Any Route 66 high points to hit betwen Amarillo and Flagstaff. I go online and most websites are vague and more "touristy".

Bozzo's Rt 66 Auto Museum in Santa Rosa, NM. Archie Lewis' place in Moriority, NM if he's open. Unser Racing Museum in Albuquerque, NM not on RT 66 but cool museum.

The restored Conoco station in Shamrock, TX is cool especially at night!

    Hi JesusChrystler, ...
You should do a search on Route 66 on the HAMB.. There is so many neat ideas and photos.. There also is a GREAT restored gas station DOWNTOWN in Shamrock...

I have posted many photos to various Route 66 HAMB messages on here..so a search will find them and other photos by others...:)

Go through this great resource.. http://www.theroadwanderer.net/route66.htm Click state and then each town on 66... Shows photos..

Am building a PBase album on Route but it will be a while before I finish it. Have started on Oklahoma and will soon add some NM sites too..

    Good Luck...duane

The new truck stop just over the state line coming from Texas in New Mexico has a great museum attached to it.
