After a crazy trip out here that included an unexpected 11 hour delay at DFW airport, my buddies Cody, Art & I finally made it to LA took start out GNRD trip. We were picked up from LAX by some Lonely Knights club brothers and headed directly to the Petersen Museum. Afterwards we headed to the Whisky for a beer before making our way out to Mooneyes just before they closed. Then finally made it to our hotel for the first real sleep that our crew had been privy to since Wednesday morning. Yes we know all about the American Airlines flight that crashed, we left Wichita not long after they did on the same model aircraft, so our delay meant nothing as we are all still here to tell the tale. We are super sad for our city and the families that are suffering now.
Yeah it’s a lot to take in, every time I come out here! It’s something I highly recommend to car folk!
Great footage! Originally from Hutch....and as you said, very tragic and sad - sending positive vibes to Wichita and the families affected.
And here is my coverage of mostly the cars outside on Saturday! We fly out tomorrow so this is the end of my coverage. Thanks to all of you that have watched and shared the videos. I means a ton to a small channel like mine.
Thanks, Travis. Too bad I missed you. Next time visit the restaurant Phillippe, the originator of the French dip sandwich. It's near Union Station and the food and experience is extraordinary. the 1936 Union Station ain't too shabby for a shoot either!
