Since the first time that I attended the Grand National Roadster Show I knew that I had to do everything in my power to never miss it again. So far we all missed the 2021 event, because it didn't happen and last year my wife (gf at the time) got Covid a few days before we were supposed to leave so we didn't get to go. This year, new wife by my side, we headed out to Pomona, CA for the GNRS! I struck a deal with Rooster over at Tradition Over Trend to provide some coverage for him, plus I needed photos for my site and I needed video for my Youtube channel so I ran two cameras while my wife shot the show for our site. It was quite the operation compared to just me running 1 camera in the past! My coverage on Tradition Over Trend is here. My video coverage of the show is here: and #MrsRoyboy 's coverage is on our site here. But I'll share some of her shots in this thread. This is only the 2nd or 3rd show that Vanessa has shot with her cellphone for me while I shot video. I'm pretty dang appreciative of her shooting photos to take some of the load off of me! Thanks hon! We started the day on Friday with my first ever trip to Mooneyes, why I waited so long to check it out is completely beyond me. Then we headed over to the NHRA Museum on the way into the show Then finally it was on to the show! Well, that's it for this first post. I'll be back tomorrow to post some more! It's time for me to get back to work on editing the video from the Chop Class with Joel Davis a couple of weeks ago and then finish a podcast episode, then write an article for CKD... This is going to be a long week! See you at a show, Royboy
Great stuff, we watched the video on the TV, You really got around the whole show and showed us a lot of cars that we haven't seen.
