Hot Rods RPM's too high on 700R4

Gee , a whole 15 years , that's like , forever , ....when you're 12..
2006 is modern when compared to the cutoff date around here being 1965 ...

 

The 2004R has a tv cable just like the 700R4.

 

Nope, it is a kick down cable.

 

i just thought that 4000rpm seemed twice the speed of what it should be turning. i'm not faniliar with modern electronic tachometers with dip switches, i remember when we had to snip a wire or two for non V8 applications.
