Hot Rods RPU banger build!!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by ratamahata, May 22, 2013.

  1. RPU banger build ...

Well after talking for a while we made a deal with a friend, I bought his Model "A" that was originally a car once but was transformed to pick up a few years ago to use as a work vehicle in a nearby farm.

I think it is in good shape to start a project, and I have a model "T" box.

For the front I want to drop the axle 3 inches, in the rear a model "T" spring and I looking for a set of 16 wire wheels.

I will put the original engine for now, I'll paint the body and mount the box to see where the project is going...

it looks like a pretty solid start. if they 'transformed' it from a car to an rpu they did a pretty good job!
