Jim, Sweet little ride!!! Kudo's to you and your buddy. Question: How did you handle the gap between the curved top frame and the flat=bottomed body?
Yeah, that'll work. Very nice truck. Not many cars I wouldn't change anything on. I'll add this one to my list.
Jim, Do you have measurements for the bed? Height, width, length? I'm doing an early chevy pickup and am looking for starting measurements. BTY, damm fine looking RPU!!! Mike
The circus wagon was revolutionary. I'd rather look at 10 more just like it than half the **** being built today in the late model truck world. The rpu turned out great Jim. Very nice. What's the story on the unplumbed beehive?
And the same guy that stupidly sold the "Circus Wagon" made up for it by letting me build this Model A. I met the East Coast "guidos" that bought the CW and were mid-way through fuc..., I mean "personalizing" it with a full smoothie/high tech make-over. They thought I would be impressed that they were "finishing" what I started. I just wanted to be sick. I WAS finished and years later it was still recognized from coast to coast as what it was. Now it will just be another useless old truck- exactlly the opposite of what it was built as. Can't wait until someone gets it in 20 years and makes plans for a full "restoration". HA HA! The Circus Wagon can never be restored- That's why I need to build another one- this time a '55 (see the want ads). The oil cooler- yep it's not hooked up yet- and it's a good place to store your WEEEED (an old Adam Sandler bit).
Dude, that thing looks pretty sweet man, not bad for a guy that wears Mandals. J/k. Seriously nice work dude. Jimmy White
