  3. OK- I am going to get 36 shirts, that is the price break quantity. We had like 23 ordered before, so with Pops I am 25- Should be enough extra for the straglers. I can always get another 36 if people come out of the woodworks.

It was just getting into big money at 66 shirts.

  8. I am going to bring ear plugs if you guys are going to make a racket with those 6 motors.

Ya'll are right - NOTHING sounds like a six. There is a reson for that :) I can still hear the Echo of PBR leaving the swap meet.

That'll be cool line them up. I went for a shake down cruise on the chopper last night -I am just looking forward to burning up a tank of gas on that thing. I expect hate mail from the neighbors.

Thanks Chuck - The I'll pull the trigger today!! the shirts are on the way.

  9. Jamie,
I'll check i might have either my stock one laying around or a chrome one i'd donate to the cause. I'll dig around before the show sunday and bring it

  11. When you came to the shop....I expected to see a pair of Sportsters coming up the hill.

Glenn, it looks like most of the ATL guys are going.

ZMAN, are we going to see you and the Roadster?

I think I qualify for both!

I will be there, probably camping out. We'll see if I can beat my 15.7 @87 from the last time I had the car at the track!

Oh, and save me a L white tee!

  14. The $12.00 for the shirts are okay. Great to see you today, you left too soon as the burnout contest was kewl.

  15. Good to see you guys too. I just got worried about getting home since I overheated on the way in.

I just did start to get too hot to run when I made it to 285. It cooled down on the highway. My car never overheated before, I don't know what changed. I am going to try a mechanical fan and shroud.

That sucks I missed the Burn Outs. Oh well.

Sounds like the drags are going to be fun from all the people that say they are going.

HeyTurd Jockey - put me down for a 1 each XXL white & black. And a 2 XL whites for the pit crew. We might be bringing up a freshly acquired 1978 vintage GMC RV - 30 feet of drunkin fun (just have to get reverse fixed) and have to letter "White Trash Spoken Here" on the door.

  17. Hey Dog - have you ever had yor stool pushed in?

I'll put you down - you damn big boys with the xxxxxxl's

I'll have extra xls no sweat

can' t wait to see the RV - is it going to be draggin a old truck?

  18. BTTTT - I was just told the T shirts are made - I should get by to pick them up early next week.

I hope there's at least one extra white XXL. I've missed the other gatherings. I'm planning on this one.

  20. Phil, I think there may be an extra. Looking forward to meeting you. Has everybody got their rig ready to run?? I've still got some work to do, but I'll be ready.

Barring some bizzare act of God I'll be there with the coupe. Just a few carb issues to address from the Bowling Green trip. Put 4 new 8 ply tires on the trailer after having 2 blowouts on the way back from Kentucky. It would be nice to make a trip without having to change a tire.

Can you post a schedule again? I know which weekend, just need to know when the track opens and when we can run etc. Thanks.

I'll be there too, but doubt highly I'll be running the 57.
This post has gotten very long and somewhat ot in places. When you get the schedule firm can you start another post with the same name and give it a date or something? Now that its getting so close and all...
