The extra water and lines will actually be to your advantage. The lines will add cooling surface and the water will stay out of the motor longer on it's trip to the rear. Your big problem will be air flow. With a rad in front, while driving, there is a huge pressure increase on the front of the car that makes for efficient and dense air flow through the core. With the rad hiddien in the back, it will probably be in a low pressure area, so even the fans you use will be less efficent. Since the bulk of your cooling issue will be while you are moving (sitting still doesn't change much with the rear radiator location), you need a way to increase pressure on the radiator while driving. Air scoops are the traditional way, as used on mid engine rally cars and SCORE desert racing trucks. You probably don't want to look at scoops, so now you need to figure out how to move the air where you want without looking like you lost your mind. Maybe you would have room to scoop air off the bottom and up through the core? Good luck!
