Russetta Coupes Club

I'm looking for information on the Russetta Timing ***ocation and the Coupes Club. Also looking for any other information on coupes and dry lakes. I have found out the first coupe to run SCTA was in 1948 and the RTA was running coupes and sedans well before that but i cant seem to find any dates or history on it.
