    C-notch time. My instructor had this home made handy dandy compass for the cutting torch that worked like a charm.

    The C clamp worked great to suck the strap into the c-notch. Cut the ends off and TIG, Grind repeat. OHH ya, then file and make pretty!

    I was waiting for you to chop me in the balls!! I was hoping to slide under the radar, oh well, I did get a bunch done on the chop tonight, and I was looking forward to the windmill and trays hitting the floor, you should stop by the shop the boys are doing a stand up job on there prodjects!!!!

    Going back to check some measurements on the frame layout... started by cutting up a piece of box tubing.

    Grinding. Scored the metal for a nice clean bend.

    heat, bend, tack weld. then drill the hole too big. OOPS.

    Lets build the frame!
    I made symmetrical punches for proper measurements.
    Ride height set at 6"
    Tacked to the frame bench, centered with the laser.
