    We noticed some hair line cracks where the factory welds were cleaned up. So a clean cut and new welds should do the trick...

    Rear Z is 9 1/2", front is 11 1/2" to bottom of frame.

    Thanks for a really good thread, I am a subscriber and enjoy your tech posts, please keep it coming. I have a question about the green level in post #96, it looks like it has both 30 and 45 degree vials, and is magnetic. Who makes it? I tried to blow up the photo to find out but my monitor resolution isn't good enough. Thanks again.

    Im not sure who makes it, I'll check tomorrow. Yes it is magnetic and it is a life saver... It really helps free up your hands.

    Looks awsome. I bet it sure was a relief to get it rolling. I know it was a relief for me yesterday when I got mine rolling. Now it's time to study for the final.
