s-10 frame in a 46 tudor sedan????

    i was loking for a little info on putting a 46 ford tudor on an s-10 frame, tech info, pics anything would be apprciated. can't decide if i want to put a mustang II in it or the s-10.

    I know it gets badmouthed a lot but it makes a nice swap. Case in point. Biggest hassel is the forward mounted steering box.

    If you still have the 46 frame, you can clip the s-10 frame, and it will line right up at the fire wall.
     
  7. damm front mounted steering box. sure wish someone would build a reasonable r&p for s10. those ones that speedway sells are crazy $$$$:eek:!

    Hey GV do you know this car?? If so I was wondering if the s10 chassis has been modified with any lowering components or if its at "stock" ride hieght?

    Been workin on a 58 GMC for a friend, but its almost done. Gonna strip the rest of the s10 in the next 2 weeks and blast the frame ...then its cuttin and welding time!!

    Friends car. 2" lowering springs in the front. Stock s-10 rear suspension. I believe they had to shorten it a bit but not sure how much. The owner is Twisted Okie on the board. You can PM him but it may take a day or two to hear from him as he is not on the board every day.
