I recently had a guy just ship me a fuel pump without paying him. I sent my address, asked for his, he said just throw some greenbacks in an envelope when you get it. I blew it off as in maybe too busy, decided to keep, etc, because he wouldn't send me an address. Week or 10 days later, fuel pump, return address included. 1st deal with the guy. I think he and I will be fine moving fwd if he has something else I want.

Here's another thing mentioned before, it's incumbent upon all of us, both sides of a deal, say what you do, do what you say, prove it if asked. I prove it anyways even if not asked by sending tracking, pics of envelopes and MOs, it's so fuckin easy. I don't like PayPal cuz their doing the 1099 thing like Venmo, Evlbay and other apps. Fuck that. And also, to say the USPS won't put forth mail fraud work? Where are you from, Venezuela? They LOVE mail fraud cases and more often than not pursue them in full throated fashion. My aunt works for USPS, not talking out my shit tube here. Postal MOs are good mutual protections for buyers and sellers. My opinions and experiences FWIW. Your results may vary, tax n title extra, void where prohibited, see your retailer for details...

I didn't take the time to read the whole post. But I'd like to give a little heads up to guys mailing payments.
I sell a few items here on the HAMB , usually get payment within 6 days
via USPS. I have three orders waiting 10-14 days to receive the payment.
I've discussed it with three clerks at three post offices, they know they have a problem with the new sorting system, Set up about 4weeks ago.
If you send a first class with a stamp , it is last to get sorted.
Do you noticed metered first class arrives fine?
One very small post office next to my town hasn't gotten first class mail for over a week.
I try to keep the guys updated, but I'm out of options, the clerks just shrug their shoulders. When the clerk says he pays his bills online now because he's tired of paying late fees, there is a problem.
I know this isn't about being contacted with a part for sale, but a possible reason why there is a delay in receiving it.
    Unfortunately one buyer sent cash.
I recommend putting a USPMO in between a folded piece of card board and sending it " Ground" advantage, it has tracking and a $100 insurance, about $4.50.
