So, first off I am from Sweden so expect some grammar and spelling mistakes.

I recently bought a house and got this S.C.O.T blower with the house.
I have no idea what it is for perticular model.
Also, it might be for sale as well.

Can you great hambers please help a lost Swede out?

Grammar and spelling mistakes are certainly expected from a guy with your avatar handle:):):):):):):)
As to the blower at first I thought it might be a Wade blower but with the SCOT name on it I will defer to others who have more knowledge than this old guy.

    Thanks guys!
I try to keep my grammar correct at least lol

Any ideas of what this piece might be worth? If I decide to sell it.

Welcome to the HAMB I will give you some help.
To determine a value for your blower a couple of things need to be determined. First what is the condition of the two rear hexagon shaped screwed in plugs with the grease fittings in the center? Do they show signs of cracking or any other type of damage? Will the blower rotors turn? If they turn can you see any areas on the two rotors that look like they are touching each other?
The size of your blower appears to be the next size below the one made for the Ford flathead V-8. Maybe it was used on the MG or a number of other small in line engine types. If your blower has no issues in the areas I listed above the value of your blower could be in the area of 3 to 4 thousand US dollars. If the intake manifold, blower pulley, idler and tension system was included with your blower the value would be a lot higher.

First off I thank you very much for your help.
Yes, the blower turns freely and the rotors has no signs of touching.
I have to look closer on the fittings, but no cracks or anything like that. That I could see anyway. I will check it out tomorrow and post pics.

Size of that supercharger is 2000 or max 2300.
They used that size on 4cylinder engines (lancia, mg, fiat, ....)
I have had couple of that size supercharger.

Thanks everybody for the info on this little beast.
I will will give it a good inspection and then probably list it here on the HAMB for sale if everything checks out.
Or on eBay, but probably here in either case.

    Thanks again!

Well the rotors turned out to have some damage to them, will upload a video on Youtube and provide you guys with the link. The rear section looks to be in good shape though.

The slight damage to the rotors is nothing to worry about. However the lower rear plug has been modified for some reason. It looks like the center of the plug has been removed so that some type of drive coupler could be added. The two rear plugs should look alike the upper plug appears to still be the stock original. But there's always a grease fitting in the center of those rear plugs so the bearings can be lubricated the center hole on the upper plug has some type of plug installed it should be a grease fitting.
Overall you have an interesting small blower that's been modified for some reason the rear plugs are the biggest problem. The rear plugs can be reproduced its something I usually do when restoring the Scot and Ital blowers.
The small size will limit its value especially for guys wanting to run a Scot on there V-8 Hot rods. However there may be a few four banger guys wanting to run a small Scot blower so I think that's where the interest will be for your blower.

Thank you for the information Ronnie!
I posted it up in the cl***ified section since it is too small for me to have use for it. Thank you again :)
