This is the 5 spd. you want for your Flathead.... I had 3 different transmissions for my different engines. I took them all to a retired trans. man and had him check them out and make sure they were ready to go. I ended up using a '39 3spd. behind my flathead, so this one is for sale. Missing the shifter. These are getting hard to find. $650 I have purchased a aftermarket speed shifter and a shift handle. Included !! SOLD !!!!
