Let me start by saying .I have seen the car personally up front and close.the roof has rust holes,and the metal that was used to fill the hole in the roof is warped.It was hit in the rear and the rear frame rails are bent almost up to the rear window.The doors could be salvaged but Itnwill be a lot of work to do so.They need patch panels in the bottoms and then some.The owner has pulled the headlights and mounting bar along with the grille and radiator.and The guy wants a $1000
X2 I thought he might want a fair amount since there wasn't a price in the ad. For a grand, you can do better. Different story if the quarters were there and the doors were good.
That's in a hell of a lot better shape than my A Victoria HRP and comes with it's own security device.
I offered him $800 he would not take it.he hung up the phone on me.I was told that he would come out and meet me.But he sent his neighbor over to unlock the gate to the shop where it is located.I called him and made him the offer.He hung up on me,I then called back .just to make sure we did not get disconnected by accident,he then hung up on me again
^^ That burns me up. Nothing will be done by the current owner. He will die then the family will decide to sell after it deteriorates even more. Hope someone is able to rescue it before it gets to late.
You just have to have a vision with something like this. For somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.6 million you could very well be looking at a Ridler contender..................................or NOT!!! Frank
