sad but true part II

After the whole '69 thing, my wife agreed to another one. I bought a nice '68SS off Ebay. I messed with that car and made it nicer. Year-one liked me alot. Here's where it gets sad. One day I was driving to work. It was hot, the black leather was hot and this car was an A/C delete. It dawned on me that this car was just old and I questioned why I would be driving an old car with no A/C when I've got a new pickup and late C4 at home. I convinced myself I didn't need that car and Ebayed it. Moral is...never talk to yourself. Oh yeah, I'm looking for a clean '69 again. Ever see the show THE MEXICAN. That car...with a black bench.

 

That is sad.

sold my 67 rs camero in college because it had no ac and the girlies didn't like to sweat.....it re-live it still... it haunts me

 

That's why they made windows that roll down... Even old cars have those.

your car was the blue elky in "the mexican" or you want one like it? I remember seeing that one for sale on ebay a while back..........
