Man don't know what to say...I spent some quality time with myself in the bathroom lookin at the "pages in between" of this car in the Rodders' Journal. I have always been more on the art/style side of things when it comes to cars, so it is always a pleasure to see a car sculpted as well as this one has. This '36, to me, completly defines what a "custom" is all about, and hopefully it will remind the large m***es that have walked off to la-la land what a custom really is. One hell of a ***y sculpture in bare steel, now she gets to wear a beautiful black dress. Please keep us posted on new projects and what not. Tyler
that guitar **** is the dumbest thing ever, someone should tell Mr. Metallica that customs are meant to be driven and don't need extra ********, but way to stomach it cole and do what the customer wants even though you hate it
Thanks for the kind words, working only on this car till its done, will share some more when we hang some more **** on it.
Let's see a picture of your bad ***, better than everyone else, best ****in' taste ride ,Mr punkabilly! Or give us the issue # of Rodder's Journal it is featured in.Give us a true glimpse of perfection.
Well first of I hope you had a great Xmas! I can't wait to see it when it done I'm sure I won't be disapointed! By the way when are you going to have another one of your bikes done, I like those as much or more than you cars.
Are you sure it doesn't need to be wheeled out just one more time? Possible one of the coolest of all time. Thanks for showing it. BTW.....the guitar is gay.
You are the King of the Universe, I love you. The guitar indent is gay, but you're a good man for honoring your client's wishes. Happy New Year to you and everybody else.
GIT 'EM COLE! You and all o' your sickeningly talented yet refreshingly not egomaniacal crew...Is it true your the skunkworks for Ford? How much does that pay a brother? That's Bob Sheperly from Tarantino's Mirimax film posse in that one picture. What the hell have you got goin' on over there? !#$&in' hollywood. Send me a picture of that thing with Ricos new bike next to it so I can hang it in my shop would ya? You all don't look THAT busy.
Man, what's it like to be the baddest bad-*** of Bad-***ville?! I use to take pics of myself when I had hair too. Kirk playing to the ocean, yeah baby! Car is spectacular!
It was KICK-*** in bare metal, and it looks even crazier painted. Can't wait to see it in person. This 36 is definitely gonnna be at the top of the food chain for a long, long time. Happy Holidays, Gambino Kustoms
I don't think that the guitar will be a Strat. Look at the headstock shape. He has a deal with LTD or ESP or something. I don't think it's a bad thing to have the guitar in the trunk. Why is that so different than having a big *** stereo back there? It's better than Hetfields drum pedal in his Olds. Neat idea's shouldn't always be done! Fantastic car though.
That shot with the bags aired out makes the car look tiny. I can't wait to see what the hood looks like with paint.
A totally beautiful car in the making.Loved the TRJ feature.I wish I could work metal like that. Just hope it does`nt appear on Pimp My Crib or whatever and get called a 1936 4 window deuce coupe, and spend ten minutes showing the guitar recess....I hope it gets used.
Cole. That paint is so deep! I am going to give ya a props! I compare that car with the Cadzzilla as in unique-ness and style that will not go out for years to come and you put yerself on the map once again. I had the pleasure of hangin with the Rev. Billy G. a couple of weeks ago and I tell ya he is one kool *** MF'er! Hope ya have that thing done for the 'paso show. I need something to drool over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KNUX!
Jessie Cruz? Is he the one that did an all green flake I saw at Paso a few years past (mid sixties something or other). I have pics somewhere at home of it. I was blown away.
That was the '60 Poncho that Grouco owned and it was a heavy green flake job. It is back east sold from the last that I heard. KNUX!
As always, neat. Looking forward to seeing photo's of Mr H. doing circlework in that beauty.... Where...tell me... Cheers, an wishing you a merry christmas and new year, Drewfus
Yeah, that's it. Here is a pic from 2003 Paso. That was a great show. It was also the fist time I saw Har****'s work. Both really left an impression. Didn't mean to throw the thread towards Jesse or Har****. Cole, you're really talented. I hope to meet you some day. For now, I'll just continue to wear my Salinas Boys t-shirt.
That car is pure ***, Cole. I envy Steve for getting studio time with it. I'd probably just sit there and drool, afraid to look through my camera which could never do that car justice. That green thing is a 60 OLDS ya dumb***es!
so this is what I missed on my christmas vacation. Holy ****. That is looking amazing Cole... thanks for the updates. That just reaffirms that I want my 5 window and Dad's 3 window to be gloss black. I can already see the ads in my head in the guitar mags with the built in amp and guitar... Did Harvestor end up selling the Tiny Dancer?
