There seems to be enough interest in a swap meet here in San Jose. At least the people I've talked to. It's been tried several times before, but our local car guys didn't support it and it folded. With all the car clubs and old car people in the area it would be nice to have our own local meet (like the ones in Pleasanton and Turlock) Is there any interest? Your input is appreciated. Thank you. <table summary="craigslist hosted images"><tbody><tr><td align="center">

I plan on being in attendance with 36 Ford Coupe parts for sale.

    58 Lincoln-
It's not clear to me: is that a Ford-only swap, or all makes but just sponsored by Ford guys?

I say do it!!! Pleasanton sucks, and I know turlock is good but if you live here in the bay that's not really a cool drive.Just my two cents.

me and my brother used to go to the Evergreen College swap, but never found any Oldsmobile,Hudson,or Cadillac parts :(
same as Turlock or Pleasanton for us.

they keep changing the cruise night location too,now everybody goes to Scott & El Camino on Wed. night, even though Big Dog's @ Foxworthy & Cherry has the best food.

    4Woody,

I do not know any others details about the swap meet. It is the FIRST time this meet is happening.

Give one of the guys listed in my first post a phone call.

Early in the morning, it should be a nice drive over for you from Santa Cruz, and I bet there will be some nice cars to look at.
