Back when I was a kid, I sandblasted 2 baseball size spots on a 66 elcamino in my folks garage. Sand went everywhere and 20 years later there was still sand in there. Had OG 33 ford frame blasted almost a year ago. It's been moved around, flipped over, fell over, stood on end, just sort of in the way & there is still sand coming out of it. Those are laminate construction with holes in the inners.
