Just got home from SM and a trip to Jocko's (mmmm!) was a great day. Saw a lot of great cars, famous faces, cool bands, and had an awesome Spencer Steak at Jocko's for dinner.

I got to say hi to Penny in the vender area and she said everyone seems to be happy with SM and that SM is happy with the car show.

The weather was amazing and made for a great day.

I was happy with all the cars but I did notice a ton newer then the cut off date which makes me mad because I did not know if it was a strict rule or not. If I had known it was not I would have taken my wifes 65 Ford Falcom that is being done up in a kustom style. Next year we will be taking it for sure.

And I have a question to. I have not been to a Paso show since the 80's...I know it is a kustom show but there were plenty of NON kustoms there but something that was not there at all was a single gasser. Some gassers are painted fancy enough to rival the kustoms. Were they not allowed? No one brought them because that is not the show for them? or??? Not saying I wanted to see any there. Just surprised I did not.

I saw pretty much everything else you would see at a car show minus the extreme saw blade rat vehicles although there were some mild rat stuff there which I could have gone without seeing.

I was so busy looking at cars I did not take hardly any pictures. I mainly took pictures of colors that I liked. And I took a picture of the new Roth flake in a can paint. It looks good. More of a micro flake. I will post those later.

Off to bed. I am BEAT!!!

Could that have been the greatest gathering of cars in the one place ever??????

I started to actually get dizzy about half way through the second page!!

Were there very few shit cars there, or did your camera just not point at any of them???

    Great pix. Great Cars. :D

Sunday morning coming down!!(Johnny Cash) Oh My God!! Thanx for the ticket to this spectacular event, hats off to Penny and crew for this great transformation to this venue. My fav. ride was the one I was viewing at the time. I am stunned at the number of great offerings of monster builds exhibited here. Thanx to all the cats and kittens who put tons of $, blood sweat and tears into these fine builds. I got up early just anticipating such great posts, I was not let down. Thanx for sharing!! ~Sololobo
