T-Shirt I made the night before for JD off the HAMB. He wanted a "car" shirt. So I took a friggin awesome illustration from HollyWood Tuck, and did a ton of work to the Bacground and stuff - and then made this. Turned out really great - cept I placed it to high. Also did one for me. I might check with TUCK to see if I can offer up the 2 designs as Wallpaper or Backgrounds for Hambers computers.

These things look kinda awkward to me. Maybe like that UGLY shoebox ford kit for the thunderbird - this might be a kit for a newer model truck?

    Hey there,

Good pics. It was good meeting you on the weekend. A few bits of info on the cars that you posted. That Tbird is from north of Swift Current and its not a body kit on it, its actually a real steel shoebox front and rear clip graphed on to it. They are rather interesting as the old shoebox hood will actually bolt right on to the Tbird Hinges an only needs minor t******* to fit... whoever thought of tryin it in the first place you gotta wonder tho.

The row of trucks you show that have an odd look to them, are actually fibre gl*** conversions available thru someone up around stoon area i bellieve. they are all actually S10 trucks.

And the baremetal 66 econoline truck is from Regina. He is a good friend of mine and its powered by a twin paxton supercharged 428 Cobra jet Ford Mill. Its also chopped 6 inches.

Also the Kookie T clone there is also a good friend of mine and I did all the pinstriping on it recreating it from the mini mags of the original car.

The very last pic you posted on there is actually my next door neighbours ride, a 53 Pontiac with a Chev front clip on it. He is a member of the Northside Street Rods that I am in as well.

    Kruiser!

Thx for all the info! A ton of knowledge in that head of yours!

Well - I will say I'm more impressed by the shoebox frankenstein thing now - all metal is impressive. The look is still something I totally hate - but man - that woulda been a bunch of work probably.

The Baremetal Econoline - again - wow - such an odd looking vehicle - What are his plans? Drag Racing? I wouldn't want to even imagine what the engine is worth.

Love the 53 pontiac of your neighbors as well - Very clean looking.

And your striping is nice - I remember seeing it on that flat black station wagon at Draggins in the spring.

Looks like there's a bunch of Show around SK that I'll be missing this year. Lumsdon, Swift Current (Still might hit this one if I can figure out how.) and that's about it. I do see theres a Hooligans steak night and Majestics Swap in October though - those good events?

    Jon
