    Hi everyone,
I live in Martensville, Sk and just recently trailered home my first "Rod" project. I got myself a 1948 Hudson 4 door, from Mr.57 right here on the HAMB forum. I can't wait to get started on it.
From what I have been reading the are a lot resources and knowledge that I am sure I will need to use during my restoration.
I am currently working on a 1975 AMC Hornet, I know it is new compared to what you guys are fixing up, but it is a good first car.

You know, you didn't say you had an AMC.... I could have took you to the other farm and showed you a couple of parts cars for your Hornet.... We got a 90k 81 Concorde wagon with A/C/T, and a 83 Spirit, so if you really need parts let me know...... My first car was a 65 Rambler, and somewhere down the line I had a 67 Rebel ragtop.

    Welcome to the HAMB.

Do you recall if there is a p***enger side fender that is free of rust? The one I have the top of the fender is rusted out.
Is the Spirit a v8? I swaped out the inline 6 that was in my car for a 304 v8. The ac and cruise would be a nice option to put in my car.

Naaaaaaa - just get it paintied and move onto your next project! haha. I still want to see the job you did on your inside door panels! Did you make multiple levels and a design at all? Or is it all flat?

I salvaged the vinyl skin and the material that raises the vinyl from the original door panel and used Super 77 to adhere it to the new 1/8 mdf that I traced out and cut out from the old cardboard door panel.
