just outside of Manassas VA. 28north towards Catlett on the rightside of the road just past bristow about 3 to five miles is a green Merc. I believe the old man that owned it passed away and there crushing all the old cars to make a subdivision. Merc is out front of the abondoned house with a couple more cars. sombodys got to have a way to stop it from the crusher Chopped flatty dummy lights. I dont have the room for it or id try to find out how to get it.
I am a little ways from there but, if you find out any more info on the car please pass it along. It would be a full day to come look at it but, just may be worth the trip. Fitysix

Ive tryed to contact anyone that might own the car now but the workers that are hauling the cars out arent any help. most of the neigbors are gone now because of the subdivision build up. tuesday is probally the soonest i can get pics.
just ask the scrapers what they would want for it if they have the permission to scrap it.just tell them you willl pay them a scrap price and they don't have to touch it. i am sure some hamber will come right up at those prices. hell i would if it wasn't so dahm far. even if its a total peice of shit theres always some part that could be used, like the roof, or driveline. ect
i'm too far away,but if it was a 2 door i could have jumped in my private jet and rescue the thing!!!ah,ah,ah ok,but is a shame to scrap that Merc...is in really great shape! hey,how much the scap guy will take ??200/300 bucks...500 maybe?? i suggest you guys to collect some fast cash and save it... can always be converted to a 2 door ....
The chop doesn't look topped to me, and it's fine as a four door. Suicide doors negate the four dork- balances it out, ya know?
My wife and I made the 6.5 hour trip on Friday morning to see what was up. We looked Friday evening, and all day Saturday to find someone/something out, but had little luck. I do have a couple of leads to follow tomorrow. Something tells me they are NOT going to scrap that car. The merc is the only car there with unlocked doors, and the keys are in the ignition. Oddly enough, that white paper in the drivers windshield is the note I left on Saturday afternoon. I will say she is stock as it gets, minus the spots, and there is PLENTY of cancer. I hope I can figure something out.

I got a call from a fellow that was there today looking at the car too. I hope he did the right thing....

gone it is, unless i was mistaken when i rode by the other day it has been moved or is gone. I am going that way later today, I will post with a update. man I had no idea this many guys would be into this one car. wait untill next week, got a goldmine ive been sitting on for almost 20 years. I'm sure there would be a lot of left nut given' away talk.
