  5. Just STOPIT!!! :D :D

Looks like you got a deal, you got a voltage regulator and everything. ;) if you were closer I would be all about talking you out of it, it would set real purdy on my A ch***is instead of my sedan. And it has the added caveat of hauling *** in a past life instead if ***es.

So no the biggest question of the day, got plans for it?

Not much to tell. Just something I bought yesterday. Looks like a 20's dodge tub and ford bed.

  8. Looks like the front half of a touring. Funny how common that was isn't it. And yes looks like a Dodge bros cowl. ;) Also looks like something from the county fair, fun on a stick. They say you can get anything on a stick at the county fair. :D :D

Another interesting find. The box is cut down Model T.

  10. '60s Bucket T type rods pretty much all had shortened boxes, the gl*** fad Ts just used the idea and the American mindset of some is good than more is better in this case the more being how much to shorten the box. ;)

This little roadster pickup is the beginnings of a genie '60s build given the right builder. ;)

Holy ****, I think I'm in love. Damn good thing I don't live in Portland anymore. I would already be on your doorstep with a trailer and a headful of bad ideas.

I was gonna say "go stand in the corner" then I started thinking about it, Only a group of total whack-jobs would look at this rusty pile and immediately start posting pics of finished fifties hot rods!:D

Hell, I've been mentally doing burnouts in this thing for the last 5 hours. It's already built and running in my head. Whack job it is.

A lot of cars during WWII got converted to trucks in Canada, because you could get more gas rations for a service vehicle. Like this A roadster.

Just saying, for what it's worth.

When I was a kid in the early fifties, just about every Model "A" coupe I remember seeing had a makeshift pickup bed installed. Most were just stuck into the trunk openings, while the ones that were "done right" were more cut up.
