    Update:

I got a new high flow fuel filter, but it is still right after the tank. Should I move it? Where? I got a new pump. A clay smith pump that will put 15 psi to the regulator and back down to 8.
I checked my vent and it was mostly clogged. I am running -6 fuel line. Is this big enough? I am putting a new vent in that is -6 same as fuel line. Any thoughts????

partially clogged vent will do that. If fuel is leaving faster than air is going in eventually the vacuum will overcome the fuel pump.

    Found out the prob...

Turns out my fuel pump push rod mushroomed on the cam side and wasnt able to get a full stroke on the pump. thats why at longer distances I was running dry.

    New electric pump=No problems.
