SBC intake with 2 Fours

SBC intake with 2 fours that run fine only problem was when they set for 2 or 3 days they were had to start once started no problem I guess they leak down ? I removed them from my truck and went single four. This is a matching pair of Carb. here are the # on them B9 2790S and C9 2790S I think they AFB or Carter ? I google the # on the carbs and it said they were Dodge or Desoto
