I plan on heading to the junkyard to find a slip yoke for a Chevy T5, and it looks like I need a 27 spline slip yoke. Are all slip yokes the same? Any type of car or truck I should look for when I go?

T400 700r4 and late t10 have bigger yokes. Any t350 yoke you find should work

Correct. A T-350 driveshaft will work for a 700r4 conversion after it's shortened the difference in the over all length of the transmissions.
