I would of said GOLD but I think that the Chrome firewall may conflict with it. So instead I would stick to something a bit more understated such as high gloss Black so that there is not too much going on. As is you car is really nice.

Hey Hatch! I guess green is the new black as I've been hearing! ;)

    You in Florida yet?

Yuup....florida it is!....two wheels for now, maybe a hot rod later.
I think the color looks great, it just needs something bright for contrast. The red windows clash, but with your new color, you don't need red.....which makes engine color a bit of a problem too, but not a major job.....any way....I like it!

I say red scallops, matched to the engine ... with a thin cream pinstripe.

dang... as the guy who tinted that car I hate to say this but it just doesn't go with the current color. It was rad with the black...

As long as we are playing around here, I'd say BIG flake like this 34, or how about satin black....sorry, just had to do it:):)

Lose the red windows...tint 'em gray if anything...and no scallops...

  18. Silver Grey goes with the color scheme and brings them both out.

It looks great without scallops. A stripe maybe (larger than 'pin' but smaller than 1/4")?

If you must do scallops, how about Gold Leaf? With a perimeter stripe around it of something milder (like red to tie in your windows, or creme / parchment).

I like the red windows....but every pic with scallops doesn't 'fit' with the overall 'look'...keep the windows w/ no scallops...or......get clear glass and the scallops....but not both....IMO...

hate the shape of the first sets of scallops.....the second 'fuller' shape eminating from the firewall are looking closer

cream white with a thick red flake outline

Got a lot to do to the car before I put a bigger higher hp motor in it. The thing has bad bump steer issues. Plus I want to see how the frame and suspension are. I'm sure it'll need to be beefed up. Then the Pontiac 421!
