  2. Have the mods set up a minimum post requirement, 50 or 100 is not that much to ask for.

    Post counts are the 1st thing I look at. I'm suspicious of people regardless, done a lot of horse trading of cars and parts for 45 years. I have never been burned, even on eBay where I have well over 1000 transactions under my belt.

    Hi Dave,
    I am legit, I posted as a new member because I Googled the part you had for sale (Connecting Rod Kit) and I found your old ad in the results to my search otherwise I would've never been on this site. The only way to contact you was thru this forum as you don't have an email address listed to contact you. I need the kit you have listed and would like to purchase from you. I understand this forum has an issue with scammers but I'm not one.
