Scat balanced Stroker Kit for Flat Head Has anybody actually used one?

Scat cranks and rods are from China will they work sure should you check ballance yes. The flywheel, preasure plate and crank pulley should also be balalnced.

 

For what it's worth, I think the cores are from China and the machine work is done in the US.

 

it doesn't matter what or from whom you buy it should always be checked we all screw up sometime

 

Just an update, the crank came with a balance sheet showing all component weights, rotating weight, recipricating weight and bob weight of 1528 grams. (this includes 2 grams for oil)

 

I have a Scat kit in a chevy 383 Stroker and it has a nice looking set of clearanced Rods and she runs like a Raped Ape. Very impressed with the quality. I got mine from White Performance, in Kingsport TN. Great people to deal with and willing to answer all my questions. (No association)
