I'm looking for interior sun visor brackets for my '55 Ford 2-door sedan and google searches return only brackets for trucks. Did Ford use the same brackets for both cars and trucks? The mounting point for my car is in the headliner area on a flat mounting surface and not the curved area of the windshield moulding. Just wondering if the holes are indexed the same between the cars and trucks. Thanks
Not sure on the later years, but I put some from a car on my '46 pickup. The holes lined up perfectly.
I just looked at the mounting holes in the car and they are indexed differently from the picture I posted of a truck sun visor. The truck has the two holes at the bottom and a single at the top. The mounting for the car is a single at the bottom and two at the top. Flipping the truck bracket over would have the sun visor up in the head liner. Does anyone have a picture of what the brackets should look like for a 1955 Ford Victoria/Customline?
I was sent a picture of what I need. However they didnt have them. Does anyone else have some like this?
