picked up this 50 ford other day,not sure where to start ,no engine or tranny,have a 09 crown vic patrol car,think it would be decent drivetrain,anyway its set up on front end for desota grille which i got with it
It's had some work done for sure. Looks to be pretty solid along the bottom. Witch Desoto grill does it use? The Wizzard
It looks like the start of my brothers first car in 1959. He put in a 312, 3 speed on floor, gray primer rattle can paint job, and new carper and seat covers from JC Whitney. Wide white walls, spinner hub caps, dummy spot lights, dual exhaust with cutouts, fuzzy dice, and steering knob. The motor was put in with a $5 chain hoist from the rental store. It ran good and was loud, but in the winter he had to park at top of hill and push it down to get it started. To get a ride to school little brother had to cough up gas money 25.9 cents a gallon $1 at a time.
