    Looks like you have a good solid body which is a great place to start. Like others say, unless you want something that drives like a newer car/truck, the stock steering and suspension won't cut it so that means more work. It's all together so get it running and driving and fix the items as you go along. Plenty of options depending on what you want to accomplish - like having a truck your wife can drive safely. I suggest figuring that out first and working backwards and having a list of "needs" and "wants". Plenty of experience on here to help you for sure.

    Not to muddy up the waters but you can also check this forum out that has a section that includes these trucks: https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/forumdisplay.php?f=13 They are more open to modifications, i.e. more modern stuff, than the HAMB is but it's good to see what others have done.
