scrolling issue

Anyone else having an issue when you click on an alert (quote or like) ? When I do it takes me to the post but wont let me scroll up or down. It makes it damn difficult to reply. It's not happening on other sites. Just curious.

Edit: Never mind, I think it was on my end. All is right now in computer land.
