Technical Sears no 1431 adjustable voltage regulator

    Is this adjust. voltage reg. 6V or 12V ?

    Sears nr 1431.

    I too would like to know, as I have a 1430 model. Posted it earlier, but no definite results. Anybody?

    Sure looks like a 12 volt 50's- early 60's GM style for a generator.

    I've found, if they're not stamped as '6' or '12' volt, they're most likely 6v.

    I sure installed a lot of them when I was 19-20 but I don't remember any numbers. I'm 72 now.

    maybe I need to leave it to my friend who is more professional than me to use circuit ****yzer.
    Not want to install it without know better,.... There is no any stamps..
