haven't had any luck locating a seat riser for my model A, can anyone give me the rough dimensions of one so I can maybe build one? Concerned most with the front to rear slope?? Thanks-

  2. I really wanted to sit low in my roadster. What I used was a 2x4 layed on it'a side. And the side pieces tappered back to the floor. Used a 3/4 plywood base and 3 inches of foam for the seat bottom.

Basicly you just need to sit in the car on something(anything will do) and see what is the most comfortable and then build the riser to fit you.

I'm at work so I can't post a pic. But I have a good shot of what I did I can post later tonight.

I took a dodge mini va center seat, removed the seat track, and bolted it directly on the floor, its sits real low, and is a perfect fit.

    Hope this is some help.

All measurements are on the vertical portions of frame. Heights to top of seat adjuster track.

    Width 32 1/4", Depth 13 1/4"
Height at front of riser 3"
Height at back of riser 1 1/2"

    Attached picture shows actual layout.
