since my stock seats in my 32 tudor sedan are so bad I've decided to go for other, newer seats. The car is going to be used daily, so what I need is a pair that looks fairly old and are comfortable. Don't know if I will use the backseat yet, but am glad for suggestions for that one as well.

  2. They aren't very old, but I've seen a number of people use minivan bench seats- very comfy and VERY cheap! Do a search, as there may be some posts on this already... oh, and post some pics- would love to see your car!

Since you're in sweden, I would look out for any of the old british roadster/car seats - MG's, triumphs, etc. are all pretty cool looking, sometimes bolstered and have the vintage appeal - And they're usually small enough to fit good.

Just recently put a '92 Mazda MPV minivan bench seat ( the smaller one right behind the driver's seat) in the back of my '28 "A" Tudor sedan. Fit like a glove at 41" wide (should be close for a deuce sedan). Looks older as it doesn't have the built-in ergonomic "dips and hollows" in it like most modern seats! The headrests are quickly removable for that "earlier" look as well and the single outside arm rest can also be taken off. I used '85 Pontiac Fiero bucket seats for the front ones (don't know how readily available these would be in Sweden!). Hope this helps! Regards, Dave.

I'm looking for seats for my '32 sedan aswell...... take a look at some Morris Mini/minor seats. They seem to fit in size and looks

  8. in my `28 tudor i used mid-70's Honda Civic bucket seats. they are narrow , low back , recline and the set track has 6 inches of travel .they are very easy to mount. they do have a small head rest , which is easy to remove.

most people think they are stock seats when they first look at them

Volkswagen Beetle seats. I'm using early 60's models for my '37 pickup.
