Seattle area help needed

This is not a emergency but i was wondering if there was someone in the seattle area who could help me install my drop spindles and lowering blocks on my 51 chevy. I attempted to install my self with no success because of stuck bolts. I am looking for a garage or driveway that i could use with air tools to help rip the 54 year old bolts free. The ride height right now just bugs the hell out of me and i need to go low. If you can help me out please pm me.
